Farabella is located in Abruzzo between the Maella National Park and the Adriatic Sea. Farabella adheres to traditional pasta making methods using state-of-the-art equipment and collaborates with various international research institutes for the continual improvement of gluten-free foods. This hearty pasta cooks up perfectly and can easily be enjoyed as a main course. Legend has it that tagliatelle was created by a master chef to honor Lucrezia Borgia and her long golden tresses.
