Verrigni has been making pastas using time-honored techniques in its pastaficio near the Adriatic Sea since 1898. Linguine al limone is made using a bronze die which imparts a highly desirable, subtle roughness and a superior taste. Crafted of the finest stone ground grains, Verrigni pasta is slow-dried using special drying “cabinets”.

We love to prepare this fresh tasting lemon pasta with extra virgin olive oil, fresh basil and parmesan cheese It also pairs nicely with shrimp and other shellfish.
