Pietrantonj, documented as the oldest cantina in Abruzzo, began making wine in 1830. Abruzzo’s first certified enologist, Nicola Pietrantonj, received his diploma in 1889. To this day, the winery’s steadfast dedication to producing superior wines is an ongoing family affair.

Cerano Trebbiano d’ Abruzzo DOC Superiore

 A deep straw-yellow, this wine offers delicate hints of acacia, citrus, and spice. Marries beautifully with fish dishes and seafood, particularly shellfish, and with fresh cheeses.

Cerano Cerasuolo d’Abruzzo DOC Superiore

 This wine, cherry pink in color (the name “Cerasuolo” means “cherry”) delivers a  lingering array of impressions. These include strawberry, wild cherry, and wild red berryfruit, as well as sour cherry jam and rose petals. This wine’s impressive structure makes it a perfect companion for first courses, lighter meats, medium-aged cheeses, fish, and even pizza!

Cerano Montepulciano d’Abruzzo DOC Terre Dei Peligni Riserva

 Deep ruby red with garnet highlights, this wine delivers rich aromas of wild berryfruit and subtle notes of vanilla. Smooth and warm in the mouth, it features superb structure, delicate balance, and long-lingering aromas and flavors. An ideal partner to full-flavored fare, including game, red meat, and aged cheeses.

Merletto Pecorino IGT

A deep straw-yellow, this wine offers delicate hints of acacia, citrus, and spice. Marries beautifully with fresh cheeses, and with fish dishes and seafood, particularly shellfish.

Merletto Cerasuolo d’Abruzzo DOC

A lively cherry red, with lovely floral and fruit fragrances, redolent of violets and pungent underbrush. Crisp, refreshing, and smooth with a hint of almond on the finish. this wine is ideal paired with first courses and lighter meats, pizza, as well as fresh cheeses, any kind of fish, particularly soups and grilled fish.

Merletto Montepulciano d’Abruzzo DOC

Garnet-flecked deep ruby-red with scents of
sweet violets and underbrush. The velvety
palate displays sturdy structure and balanced tannins. Pair with full-flavored dishes, such as game, red meats, and aged cheeses.

Petrilli Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG  Dry Millesimato

This Prosecco has a pale straw yellow color, persistent foam and very fine-grained perlage. A delicate and characteristic bouquet with nicely finessed and memorable fruity notes. On the palate you’ll experience a elegant balance of fruity and dry notes.

An especially aperitif-worthy Prosecco, served stand-alone or with appetizers and cheese dishes.

Petrilli Prosecco Doc Vino Frizzante

Yields a pale straw yellow, clear and brilliant. Subtle bubbles with an intense and characteristic fruity aroma.  Delivers harmonious taste with a crisp and delicate finish.

Petrilli Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG Brut

Features a typical pale straw yellow color.  Its perlage is lively with a persistent, finite grain, and reveals a creamy bubble of great elegance.  Unmistakable fruity tones with a pleasant note of acacia flowers are reflected in a well-balanced, bright, delicate, and dry palate.
